These Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between G S A SIGNATURE MOTORS CAR RENTAL L.L.C trading as GSA Motors (holding Commercial License No. 1533361, with registered business operations at Al Quoz Industrial Area Third, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) ("Lessor", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the individual or corporate entity accessing our website or entering into a vehicle lease, purchase, or financing arrangement with us ("Lessee", "Customer", "you", or "your").
By accessing https://gsamotors.com, submitting a reservation request, or executing a lease document with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 1/2006 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions (and its amendments).
2. Scope of Services
GSA Motors provides automotive solutions within the United Arab Emirates, including:
Individual and Corporate New Car Leasing
Individual Pre-Owned Car Leasing
Exotic & Luxury Car Leasing
Trade-in & Buyback Services
Vehicle Sales & Financing Facilitation
Vehicle listings, rates, features, and availability displayed on https://gsamotors.com are indicative and subject to final verification and written confirmation via an official Lease Agreement, Quotation, or Vehicle Order Form issued by GSA Motors.
3. Eligibility & Mandatory Documentation
To lease, drive, or take delivery of a vehicle from GSA Motors, you must satisfy all statutory UAE requirements:
Age Qualification: Be at least 21 years of age for standard vehicle categories, or 25 years of age for luxury/exotic vehicle classes (or as specified in your individual contract).
Driving Credentials: Hold a valid UAE Driver's License (for UAE residents) or a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) accompanied by an original national driver's license (for tourists/visitors, subject to RTA regulations).
Identification: Present a valid Emirates ID and passport with residence visa (for residents), or a passport with entry stamp/visit visa (for non-residents).
Corporate Requirements: Business entities must provide a valid UAE Trade License, Memorandum of Association, and authorized signatory identification.
Submitting fraudulent, expired, or altered documents constitutes grounds for immediate contract cancellation, deposit forfeiture, and referral to UAE law enforcement.
4. Pricing, Payments, and VAT
Currency & Taxes: All prices, fees, and charges are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to the standard 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8/2017.
Payment Schedule: You agree to pay all monthly lease installments, down payments, security deposits, and supplementary fees strictly on or before the due dates set forth in your Lease Agreement.
Payment Authorization: You explicitly authorize GSA Motors to charge your registered payment card, debit card, or security deposit for any outstanding lease balances, traffic fines, Salik (toll) charges, administrative fees, excess mileage charges, or vehicle repair costs incurred during or after the lease period.
5. Security Deposit & Refunds
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required prior to vehicle handover.
Permitted Deductions: GSA Motors reserves the right to deduct funds from the security deposit to settle unpaid lease installments, traffic violations, Salik charges, fuel deficits, excess mileage charges, or damage repair costs resulting from negligence.
Refund Timeline: The security deposit (or remaining balance) will be processed for refund within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days following vehicle return to allow sufficient processing time for UAE traffic departments and RTA toll systems to register and finalize outstanding fines.
6. Vehicle Delivery, Inspection, and Return
Condition Report: Upon vehicle delivery or collection, both parties shall inspect the vehicle and execute a formal Vehicle Inspection Form documenting existing mechanical and cosmetic conditions.
Return Condition: The vehicle must be returned on or before the contract expiry date and time at the designated GSA Motors facility, in the same operational and cosmetic condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted), with identical fuel levels.
Unapproved Overstay: Delaying vehicle return beyond the agreed contract time without written extension authorization will incur daily rental surcharges plus an administrative penalty as specified in your agreement.
7. Vehicle Usage & Operational Restrictions
The Lessee agrees that the vehicle shall NOT be operated:
By any individual other than the Lessee or officially designated named drivers approved in writing by GSA Motors.
By any person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances.
For racing, speed testing, drifting, off-roading, dune bashing, towing, or driving on unpaved roads.
For subleasing, commercial passenger transport (e.g., unauthorized ride-hailing), or carriage of hazardous, flammable, or illegal contraband.
Outside the geographic borders of the United Arab Emirates without prior express written approval and specialized cross-border insurance documentation issued by GSA Motors.
Breach of operational restrictions immediately voids insurance coverage and entitles GSA Motors to repossess the vehicle at the Lessee's sole expense.
Mileage Limits: Your lease agreement includes a fixed annual/monthly mileage allowance. Mileage driven in excess of the contract cap will be billed at the agreed per-kilometer rate (AED 2.5/km) including VAT.
Maintenance Schedule: Routine mechanical servicing must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's intervals at GSA Motors' designated authorized service centers. The Lessee is responsible for regularly checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and instrument cluster warnings. Operating a vehicle with active engine/warning lights constitutes negligence.
9. Insurance, Accidents, Fines, and Salik
Insurance Scope: Vehicles are provided with mandatory third-party liability or comprehensive insurance as required under UAE law. In the event of an at-fault accident or an untraceable hit-and-run incident, the Lessee remains responsible for paying the policy insurance deductible/excess fee per incident. The insurance company's terms and conditions shall apply.
Police Reports: In case of any accident, damage, fire, or theft, you must immediately report the incident to the UAE Police, obtain an official Police Report, and submit it to GSA Motors within 24 hours. Insurance claims cannot be processed without an official police report.
Traffic Fines & Tolls: The Lessee is fully responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, impoundment fees, and Salik (toll) charges incurred during the lease term, together with an administrative processing fee per toll/fine billed by GSA Motors.
10. Termination and Repossession
Termination for Default: GSA Motors reserves the right to terminate the lease contract and repossess the vehicle immediately, without prior judicial order, if the Lessee defaults on payment obligations, breaches usage restrictions, becomes insolvent, or provides false documentation.
Statutory Grace Periods: For contracts governed by Financial Leasing Law No. 8/2018, statutory cure notices shall apply prior to final contract cancellation, without prejudice to emergency repossession rights in cases of illegal usage or risk of asset loss.
11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, GSA Motors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of personal possessions left inside the vehicle. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GSA Motors, its officers, employees, and agents from all claims, penalties, losses, liabilities, or legal fees resulting from your operation or misuse of the vehicle.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All visual elements, content, trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, vehicle specifications, and code on https://gsamotors.com are the exclusive property of GSA Motors or its content suppliers and are protected under UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (Mainland).
14. Amendments and Contact Details
GSA Motors reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date". Your continued use of our website or services following updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
